Looks brand new
Easy to set up. Hardly any signs if been refurbished watch. All features work 100% unisex. Looks awesome with the silicone bad or any metal band.

falls apart
I really had high hopes for this refurbished watch. I bought the active2 watch back in 2020 brand new from Bestbuy and it worked great! It wasn’t until last month that the screen stopped working and since they are no longer sold brand new I decided to buy this refurbished one. It was fine for the first week but then the backing to the sensor fell off while I was doing my workout. I don’t really use the watch all that much only for the gym but I’m really disappointed that it only lasted a week before it started to fall apart. I knew it wasn’t gonna be perfect because it’s used but still this is kinda ridiculous. Save yourselves the trouble and just buy the newer watch.

A great watch and a huge advance of WearOS but this “silver” is more bluish and doesn’t match bands
I’ve had a Huawei Watch running WearOS for around five years. I really liked having a smartwatch (mainly for notifications) but the Huawei battery wouldn’t even last a work day anymore (and even when new barely made it a full work day) and was dog slow. I wanted to get another WearOS watch but they’re all based on an outdated Qualcomm SoC which makes even a brand new one slow with poor battery life. Since I have a Samsung Note 9 phone, a Samsung watch was the next obvious choice.I bought a refurbished model due to the price. It came 100% pristine and indistinguishable from new. I don’t know how long this sat on the shelf but the battery was absolutely dead. The screen didn’t even turn on to show it was charging until 5-10 minutes after I plugged it in. That’s bad for long term battery health. This 44mm version is FAR lighter than my Huawei watch. Performance is very snappy and notifications work great. The battery lasts two days which is awesome. I’m not sure how tough the glass will prove to be (the Huawei has a sapphire crystal that I never managed to scratch) but only time will tell.I did end up sending this watch back to buy one in black however. The “silver” color has a significant bluish cast. I wear my watches with metal bands and the blue/silver color doesn’t match anything available. I ended up going with a black version (which I really don’t like versus silver but I had no choice) and so far so good (except that I’ve already scratched the body). So, I was very happy with the watch but not so happy with the color.

Refurbished watch
I bought this watch the last week of August 2024 in preparation for a backpacking trip. It looked great, very very minimal body scratches, screen perfect. A few weeks in the watch began to ignore touches and sometimes goes on loops of watch face selection and deselection. Sometimes I can disrupt it by restarting, sometimes I just take it off until it stops because the vibration is annoying while it’s looping with its “stuck” touch.I use it primarily for the vibration on my morning alarm and step tracking. I can check stats on the app so lack of touchscreen is an annoyance, but not a deal breaker. *rarely* it will allow me to touch things on the screen. Battery lasts about 3 days, charges quickly. Would buy again, though would return for a replacement in a timely manner if this happened with another just to get the full features of the watch.
