This is a great smartwatch!
It was a great, easy to use smartwatch, but after years of working perfectly, and getting wet and being in the intense heat of Las Vegas, the seal on the crown weakened (the adhesive), started to breakdown and the glass came off and when i was taking off my shirt, it ripped off the glass crown and sheared off the wires, in which i cannot see where they go and dont know if there is a smartwatch repair shop anyware! I have since, replaced the watch with a galaxy 6 watch, but prefer the active 2 to it! It was alot easier to use then the galaxy 6!

Stopped charging and working
I bought this for my nephew, who traveled over seas. It started good but within a month it stopped charging then stopped working. Attempted to get it fixed over seas at a Samsung dealer but they refused because it was bought out of that country.It will go to garbage 🙁

Pretty good for refurbished
The only complaint that I have is the watch does not charge too 100%. The highest it charges to is 97. Other then that no complaints.

I love that this device, while an older model, competes with and satisfactorily interfaces with me as well as a newer model….I found the set-up Extremely easy. Over-all the device is user friendly ND I love it

It’s my favorite watch and for almost the same price my wife had gotten me a fossil 5a I believe and it did not stand up to this active 2. I had had one B4 and just missed all it’s automatic awesomeness!

Bad products DONT NOT BUY
I ordered this watch waited it arrived within a week the first watch ordered did not charge did not turn on did not work like a paper weight.Opted for the exchange option fast forward to another week later just came in today will not charge will not power on to me this is a fake product or scam as none of them have worked I’ll be returning the second one for a a full refund.Amazon needs to remove this seller I have called the phone number on their cusotmer card and emailed and got no replies DONT BUY IT.

I bought a refurbished watch for my husband and had to return it due to the watch stopped working, the return label was left on the door, and was returned the next day. It have been over 3months and still haven’t received my refund. Not happy, at all.

el reloj mostraba desgaste por uso en las partes laterales pero mostraba un display cuidado a simple vista, el problema comenzó cuando lo intente encender.Venia completamente descargado y después de empezar a cargarlo y encenderlo me di cuenta que el touchscreen de la pantalla simplemente no funciona, tan defectuoso venia el producto que ni siquiera pude ingresar al test mode porque la mitad de lado derecho del reloj no funciona.Lo preocupante con Amazon es que este aparato claramente muestra señales de uso rudo y que no funciona algo fundamental lo cual lo hace completamente inútil, ni siquiera se puede apagar el aparato por lo cual se entiende porque llego sin pila, lo cual indica que claramente sabÃan que están vendiendo cosas usadas y defectuosas hasta que logren engañar a algún incauto. Pésimo producto.

La verdad el reloj viene excelente, esta prácticamente como nuevo y todo funciona muy bien, ya solo falta esperar la autonomÃa de la baterÃa pero pues bueno al tener muchas funciones es obvio que influye pero también tiene la función de ahorro de energÃa, y el modo solo reloj.El único pero que le encontré, pero que es prácticamente nada, es que en la foto se veÃa que la correa era de piel, y pues no, solo es negro de silicón pero es de buen material, fue solo la emoción de estar esperando uno de piel.En general todo excelente.

el reloj llego en las condiciones que se muestran en la foto, una estética que me esta haciendo considerar seriamente regresar el reloj.Por el precio esta bien, si es que lo comparas a otros en el mercadoMi principal problema con este reloj es que la baterÃa promete muchas cosas cuando en un contexto realista no superara el dÃa y medio, la cual se gasta extremadamente rápido pero durara un dÃa y medio como mucho.

El mejor smartwatch de Samsung hasta ahora, valió la pena completamente comprarlo en Amazon renewed. La version que me llegó es la de 44mm acero inoxidable LTE. Tiene una pequeña rayadura que necesitas ponerlo a contraluz para poder verla, en video simplemente no logré capturarlo por lo mÃnimo que es, 100% recomendado por el precio y la calidad.
