Excellent Watch – Beautiful, Accurate, and Rugged
As a watch collector, I was looking forward to adding this watch to my collection. It was well worth the money. I’d researched a lot about this watch, and in my opinion, it lives up to the hype. While expensive for a Seiko, I still feel the value for money is present. Highly recommended if your looking for a 70’s style and sized dive watch, with modern specs and reliability.

Bezel doesnât line up
The bezel doesnât line up with the dial. Itâs about a quarter click off. Seems to be the case with all of these. Inexcusable at this price point. Other than that this watch is excellent for people who like smaller divers. At 40.5mm itâs just right for many. A Rolex Submariner is 40mm. The sapphire crystal is nice but donât expect it to be as nice as on a high end Swiss watch. Any Tudor is far better than this watch but at triple the price. Wish it came with a rubber strap. One big positive about this watch is that it looks good on many different types of straps. I donât use it with the supplied bracelet.

Amazing!
I love this watch so much that I bought this replacement directly from Japan after my previous piece was stolen from me. As far as Iâm concerned, this watch is as good (the head anyway) as a Rolllie Sub for 1/10th the price. Just look at the specs! 200 meter water resistance, 70 hour power reserve. Yes, the Submariner has a nicer bracelet and is slightly more accurate, but if you ainât using quartz or an Apple Watch you are still going to have to sync your watch every few days anyway. With the Rollie youâre paying $10K for a stainless steel watch!!! Seiko just plain knocks it out with the SBDC 101. You can pay more for higher end Seikos but this model hits the value sweet spot.Iâm so happy I got my watch back! I just love looking at it!

Perfect seiko diver
Favorite watch in my collection, an absolute Japanese legend and very well made. The seller Suzuki Japan is very trust worthy! Sent the watch very well packaged and a lot faster than it was expected, 10/10 buy.

Bezel alignment is slightly off so why???
