All the right vibes!
I have been aimlessly searching for a casual, weekend watch. This design flirted with me but spent a few weeks looking for something else. I decided to finally pull the lever and it was the right decision. I wear platinum jewelry but wanted something with two-tones that give me style flexibility. The longer you look at it the more attractive it becomes. Excellent quality and price point. Delivery and shipping was fast. Happy Birthday to me!

Expensive…. but totally worth it!!!
I was a bit hesitant on this buy due to the price but I’ve always wanted to this watch. Believe me, the price was well worth it. It’s a beautiful timepiece. I’ve heard complaints regarding the leather strap but I like it in all honesty. It fits very well with it’s 39.5mm diameter. If you’re like me, my wrists aren’t the biggest and the sweet spot tends to lie between 38-40mm.

Another brilliant watch from Seiko
This watch is widely admired and widely reviewed. I have little to add, except that the compass feature is very cool. Google it and you will learn how to use it (although it is cloudy and rainy today, so pointing the hour hand at the sun would not be easy).
This watch is exemplifies why Seiko is hands-down, the most innovative and admired watch company in the world. Not the only good watch company by a long shot, but from excellent $200 watches to mid-range watches like this and its legendary divers, to collectible Grand Seikos, the company never ceases to amaze.

Very bad durability.
The crown has become nearly unfunctional. It is a screw down crown.
Itâs so hard to pull it out to the second click , after unscrewing it, to set the time and pulling it out to the first click to set. The date is nearly impossible. It also feels really gritty when you manually wind the watch. Very disappointing with the quality of this Seiko.

the real deal cant go wrong with seikos
This the real deal.. It is pricey, cant comment on the things i gave only 3 stars because I dont wear it much because it is so beautiful. A work of Art. Hey, it is a Seiko,,,it will last and can be repaired for 20 years after manufacture. And it will hold its value, I sent a 20 year old divers watch in to Seiko and they still had the parts for it, It puts Rolex’s to shame. So does grand Seikos, I do own a gold Rolex and the case is all gold

I love it. I just wish I could read the compass dial. You need a magnifier but I suppose Iâm very bright light you could. Donât really myself needing that ultimately but itâs cool.
Beautiful and Iâd Seiko had the prestige and snob factor that Rolex etc. has it would be the last watch I would buy.

I bought this and the baby alpinist because I thought maybe this would be too big but itâs not. I love it. The movement feels great and the compass lines up pretty well. The strap is really stiff and I will see how it breaks in. Love the dial but could do without the cyclops honestly. First day it was running 5 seconds fast dial up

Beautiful and sturdy. I just wish Seiko would resist the urge to mix on gold accents on green dial watches. I have to watches form them with green dials and both, including this would, would look much classier in all silver tones.

1. Casi lo devolvi porque a principio es dificil manipular la corona, mas despues me acostumbré
2. El Reloj es mucho mas bonito que en la fotos
3. Digo que es completo porque lo uso de manera formal con traje, pero a causa del tamaño 39,5mm y 13 de alto se usa tbien de manera Sport, con otras correas. Pocos relojes entregan tanto por el precio.

This was probably last good Seiko available online at a decent price. After March 2023, you won’t be able to buy a good Seiko at a reasonable price on Amazon. There are importers who are charging twice (even e times of actual market price) the amount these days online. Please avoid online shopping to buy good watches.
