Classy Simplicity for Casual Wear
This is great watch at this price, especially when compared to some of the similarly-priced, but low-grade watch brands being hyped on social media. With a 40mm case and a 46 mm lug-to-lug length, it fits comfortably on small-to-medium wrists (like mine). The band is easily detachable using a simple spring-loaded catch on the end of each strap, so you could swap out other 20mm bands of this type for different occasions. The watch back can be removed without any special tools and uses a standard SR621 battery.Although I didnât see it mentioned anywhere here on Amazon, the dial markers and hands are luminescent. It arrived in a minimalistic, eco-friendly gift box that fits the style of the watch.Overall, I really like it. Looks clean and simple, perfect for a casual day out, and fits comfortably once the leather has had a chance to break in.

Love Skagen!
I have several Skagen watches. I particularly like that they are not super thick and large like most watches these days. I am 5â6â about 160 lbs so not a big dude. The thin slightly smaller watches are less clunky and a little more subtle and classy without looking feminine in my opinion.

Good looking, well built, but movement is inaccurate
It’s one of the best-looking watches I’ve seen, but I’ve had to re-set the time multiple times in the 3 months that I’ve owned it (maybe 5-6 times). It’s not the end of the world, just a bit annoying for the price paid.

Watch came defective.
I have purchased four skagen watches from Amazon in two months. This was the fourth, and probably the last one I buy, because it came defective. When I received it, the seconds hand wasn’t running. So, I recorded a brief video, just in case. Last year, I purchased a Wenger from Amazon, which also came his way. But I replaced the battery and it worked perfectly. The battery was dead, because it was a NOS watch. In this case, I thought the Skagen had the same issue, so I went to a store and purchased the battery code SR621SW for the Seiko VJ21C movement. The case back is very easy to open, it’s just a “push” type; but the spot where you open it is a VERY thin “eyelid”. That’s where you insert a micro screwdriver to apply the lever to open it. But it’s so thin, that it actually bends! I know Skagen watches are made from light materials, but anyway this was a disappointment. I replaced the battery with the new one, and the watch started running again. But a couple of minutes later, it stopped again. Then I realized that it randomly starts and stops, when you move it, or when you gently tap it with your fingers. So, either the movement is defective, or it was poorly assembled. Anyway, it doesn’t work, so I had to return it. I hope Amazon will refund my money. Regarding the watch, it’s gorgeous! The Seiko is a better choice than a cheaper Miyota movement, but in this case, unfortunately, I had bad luck.

Attractive men’s watch at a very affordable price!
My last watch lasted a few years until the battery stopped working. I couldn’t find a replacement battery so I had to dispose of my watch. Then I purchased the “Skagen” watch and it was easy to read, very affordable and the back appears to come off easily. Hopefully this watch will last me a long time; it’s comfortable and seems reasonably accurate.

Solid but silver version is better
I have bought two versions of this watch and the black version clasp specifically feels much cheaper than the stainless steel clasp. Really a shame because for the price these watches feel of a very high quality.
