Absolute waste of money
Stopped holding a charge after only acouple of months, and within five months, the back had completely cracked. Never dropped and only used by 80-year-old mother. $59.99 went completely down the drain. Please donât waste your money.

Nice watch, wouldn’t stay connected to my phone
Nice watch, wouldn’t stay connected to my phone. It gave instructions for my Samsung phone, but they didn’t coincide with my phones settings and the phone part kept disconnecting. It also wasn’t easy to find my activity when I wanted to and I got frustrated. I had to use tennis as my activity as pickleball wasn’t an option. I did like that it would “talk” to me.

I particularly appreciate the sleep monitor. The step counter seems to be accurate. Pairs well with my iPhone. Good on line support information, not much in the way of useful documentation in the original package however..

Disappointed
The watch is thicker than a lot in this price range and even lower which would not be soooo bad if it were accurate. I compared this to three other watches I own and this one is way off. For example it is off 3-4 hours on sleep, up to 3-400 on steps, etc. The watch itself will give you the time and date. The watch faces have very small fonts on most of them, and many of them are cluttered making them hard to read. Only two show the phone without scrolling.It came with a soft and flexible watchband which is very comfortable to wear. It is also nice that it isn’t asking you to pay about $2 for a watch face and an annual/monthly fee to get basic information. I have one other watch that apparently makes money from the sale of the watch itself. Paying a small amount for watch faces is one thing as it is for “style” and not information. I feel ripped off when the description tells you it does all these things, you buy it and then find out it doesn’t or it does it for an ongoing price. This watch did not do that so credit goes to them for that.I am keeping this watch to see what kind of updates may be coming and if or when they do I will edit my review. I hope they get rid of the notification that you closed the app, I believe most people know that some things need to be synced.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Purchase this smartwatch for $69.00. The next day, there was a $30.00 coupon bringing the cost down to $39.00! Unbelievable! I had received the watch before it was on sale!I thought that I was getting a brand new watch, however, I am unable to change the profile! It is on âmaleâ with a December birthday, as with weight and height!Also unable to play my music, connect to Facebook, and does not allow me to change âfavorite contactsâ as advertised! It def appears to be a used watch! Very disappointing!It does allow me to make and receive phone calls, set the alarm, and monitor selected health apps.Better off spending extra money to get a smartwatch that actually works and is not a used item! You get what you paid for! So upsetting!The customer services did send me a replacement watch. After fully charging the battery, I would only wear it from 7:00 till 4:00, then it totally went blank. Unable to turn on. Had to recharge it again. The battery does not last long at all even on battery saving mode.After wearing it for approximately 2 months, the watch literally fell apart! The top opened up and just hung there. I was able to put scotch tape on it to keep it together until I got home from work. Very disappointed!
