Battery completely dead after only 6 months of use. The watch stopped charging foe no reason..Now it won’t even turn back on. A tried different things to revive it. Nothing works.. Cheap plans but the quality of the watch it’s poor. You get what you pay for. Basically.Update****Sep2024***I received a new replacement watch from the seller. How ever now this new watch stopped working out of nowhere. It won’t charge at all. It’s dead . It didn’t even last a year.. this product its very bad. I have 2 broken watches from this company. I don’t know what do do anymore .

Reliable Customer Service
I purchased this watch in May for my son who was preparing to visit family. The instructions that were received were not for this item, however, in contacting the seller I received a reply within a timely manner.Recently, my son’s watch froze, and would/could not communicate with the app.I reached out to the seller, who offered a factory reset. When that did not work, they were able to send a replacement for my son within a week’s time!

Model D35 doesn’t have video calling
For this prince I am very disappointed it doesn’t have video calling as advertised. It doesn’t have video calling or contacts icon. When you click phone you have to enter the actual number. The names only show up in the call history. But I am very upset that they advertise the D35 with video calling. It has video CHAT which is not the same. Also most of the reviews on this are not for D35 but for model 17. Very misleading. I don’t know if Otherwise I was very excited because the quality of the screen and photos was good. The watch is going back

Very nice watch
It works like a phone when sim is inserted. I bought this for my 11 year old niece as a gift and she is loving it. It helps to track the GPS location. It has a lot of good features.

Worked great until it didn’t
The watch for the most part was great. My daughter easily figured out how it worked and was able to use all the functions. The tracker app worked most of the time. Sometimes it would show an old location, that it hadn’t updated in real time or just show offline. Then one day the watch turned off and never turned back on. We had it roughly 4 months before it stopped working.
