Why am I not getting notifications on my watch?
Enable notifications in the VeryFit App and allow messages to show on your phone’s lock screen. Keep the App running in the background (allow auto-start on Android or Share System Notifications on iPhone). Then restart both devices.
Why is the data sometimes inaccurate?
Step counting is based on arm movement sensors. Accuracy may vary depending on arm movement intensity. For more accurate tracking, wear the watch snugly. Note: This is a wellness device, not a professional instrument; data is for reference only.
Why are some functions not available on the watch?
Some features need to be enabled in the VeryFit App first. You can also add or change sport modes through the App. Please check the App settings to activate the functions you need.
Isn’t it IP68 waterproof? Why did it stop working?
The watch is IP68 rated for up to 5 meters of fresh water, but it is not designed for seawater, hot water, steam, or diving. Please avoid these conditions to prevent damage. It is suitable for swimming, hand washing, and showering in fresh water.
Can it connect with both Android and iPhone?
Yes. This device is compatible with Android 6.0 and above, as well as iOS 9.0 and above.
