I paid for a new watch and look like i got used one, tissot box came crushed on the corner outside and torn inside. As the picture shows watch looks ok. Donât know if is going to function well . gonna keep it for now and keep an eye on it if something goes wrong later I will send it back to Amazon. I call tissot regarding this problem they gave me some instructions , wind the watch 30 rounds, shake a little bit, and set it to the side and the power and should last 3 days with out wearing the watch. Well it only worked 4 hrs and then stop completely. I guess this model is defective. Also calendar date change at 1:15 am not at midnight

Broke after one wearing and Tissot wouldnât reimburse or pay for repair
My girlfriend bought me this for my birthday – spent a long time researching and spent a good chunk of her paycheck that month. It arrived and needed to be resized. Once we got it resized, I was able to wear it once maybe twice and the band broke. We took it to the Tissot store and they said it was a manufactures defect and the band was broken from the inside but since it was purchased online it needed to be sent to the online repair shop. The online repair shop said the watch could only have been broken by extreme force and my girlfriend must be lying and they wouldnât pay to repair this. Hmm I wonder if that kind of force could be achieved by factory machinery during manufacturing? Iâve been wearing Tissot all my life. My grandfather wore Tissot. I will not ever again. We have a $400 donation to Tissot essentially. Such a disgrace.
