Excellent watch, style and everything.
Very good Tissot watch. It is a heavy watch but for me the size and weight is just perfect. I’m 5’10 and 175 pounds and it doesn’t look too big on me. When you get a watch from the swatch group you know it’s good quality and everything you’ve paid for. The reason I get this instead of the seastar 1000 is the design with layers inside and I do love a bigger watch. The extra 300m diving capability I mean I don’t know, I do dive but I’m probably not gonna wear this when I do it. It’s mostly just for everyday wearing. I do like the 80 hours power it got even if I didn’t wear it. It gives me flexibility to wear other watches to different occasions or short vacations. I’m a young man and I love the style and it is my first step into automatic watches. I think this watch will worth every penny you paid for. You might need to buy a kit to adjust the wrist band or find a local watch shop to do it for you. There no choose of size from Amazon. But they do give you one day prime delivery.

Great looking watch, but in the sun is where is really shines!!! Lots of bang for the buck.
What a great deal!!! It is the pictures of the watch dial that attracted me to it, but it looks even better in person (especially in the sun). I have owned this watch for 6 days, and it has gained maybe 1/2 a second over that time (my Seamaster gains 1.4s/day, so I am impressed). Yes, it is kinda big, but I think it fits me well (the wrist I am wearing it on in the pictures is 7-3/4 inches). My only dislike is that they put an Exhibition Display Back; I mean who does that to a 600 m rated diving watch that doesn’t even have a well-finished movement to show off?I am not a fan of bracelets in general so it was immediately removed and replaced with this 22mm NATO Strap which I also bought here on Amazon (be aware that the metal “retainers” on this NATO strap are rather big),”MZBUTIQ 22mm Blue/Grey Seat Belt Watch Strap One Piece Nylon Watch Band”.

Best bang for the money
This watch is probably one of the better looking divers watch out there and with the quality thats on par with watches twice its price. The watch is a bit on a larger size if your wrist is small like mine and wrist presence is quite noticeable. Its on a hefty side as well. You’ll definitely feel your wearing this watch. The look of this watch is unbeatable. I’ve had more complement on this than my Breitling Night Mission. Probably because of the Blue dial that change shades as light hits it from different angles. Also, the luminova on the dial is quite visible at dark rooms. It also has an 80 hrs power reserve so you wont have to worry about winding it if you take it off for couple of days. Definite a watch for everyone.

Gains 2 minutes a week. Crown fell off, just fell off.
Beautiful, but not accurate. You will have to constantly correct time. At least the movement has hacking. You will need to learn to use that feature.Update 3 months later: It is really annoying how inaccurate this watch is. Taking down a star.Update 6 months later: Ok, I have a Sears 1961 electric alarm clock keeping better time than this watch. Also bought a U-boat and a Hamilton that I am using as a beater watch. Both keep better time. Only keeping this Tissot because it is a looker. May drop another star soon.Update 15 months later: I dropped another star. After a year the crown just fell off the watch. It’s going to cost a few $100s to fix since it’s a few months out of warranty. This watch looks good, that’s it. Not reliable, not accurate.Update 16 months later: Amazon is not an authorized dealer for Tissot. Guess what, warranty is send the watch to evaluate how much to fix it. I still have to pay to have a watch that won’t keep time and can’t correct time since crown is broken.

The watch is a little bit heavier than I expected, but the teal colour and the laser etched waves are gorgeous. I love this watch! And for an automatic (or powermatic, as Tissot describes it), it’s very accurate. I use a watch winder on the days I don’t wear it, and so far it hasn’t lost a single second.

I had bought this watch ‘on order’ at a cheaper price a couple of months ago but the vendor never got delivery so I paid a bit more and bought from this Amazon vendor who has delivered very quickly and provided all documentation, guarantee card etc.The watch is really cute and a very satisfying weight on the wrist. It is not elegant, like my Omega, but then I’m too old and poor to attempt elegance. This watch is right on the money, if, like me, you tend to have ketchup stains on your t-shirt and wear cargo shorts, though pushing sixty, and swim at the public pool. Sadly, my dream of being mugged for my watch is unlikely to come true wearing this little beauty. Why? I believe all the infant and pre-teen thugs now have apps on their smart phone which enable them to concentrate on brands with higher resale value.I like to think this is my last watch purchase. Smartwatches keep telling me to shift my arse. What is the point of getting a divorce if you are going to be nagged constantly? My fantasy, now, is that I’m like this Hemingway type Beach Bum who could definitely go scuba diving & find Pirate Treasure.Oh dear! I’ve put you off buying a good watch at a good price from a good vendor. The truth is this is a value proposition. The Powermatic 80 is an excellent movement which may not need servicing in my lifetime. It is robust and completely waterproof. The price is good. Buy and enjoy!
