Clockwise Mode

In all mode, the watch winder will stop working after 12 hours working, then after 12 hours resting ,it starts working.

Did not work on day 1 but seller responded with extraordinary actions – now 5 stars
When I received the watch winder the finish looked good and I particularly liked how the watch holders would secure my larger watches. The 46mm watch fit fine and the holder locked in the rotor securely. I could not put a ladies Rolex in the watch holder because the band was too small for the holder, or the holder was too large for the watch band. As an improvement it would be valuable to have two sizes of watch holders to accommodate smaller and larger watches.Unfortunately one of the winders did not work when I first started the unit. The top left winder stayed stationary and would not work. Thus, I returned the watch winder and once I receive my refund I will be buying a stronger name brand winder such as a Wolf or a Barrington. They cost more but hopefully will work. This watch holder was not cheap and cost more than $500. However, when I saw the instructions it was clear this was from China and just used a name to portray a Western Company.I cannot rate a product more than 1 star if it does not work properly when first received and turned on.So now I need to update my review. The seller took an extraordinary step of sending me a personal note apologizing for the problem I had and advised that this was the first time they had experienced such a problem. They sent me a free replacement, which was a gesture I felt was extra ordinary. I cannot remember any seller taking such a step and to me that is a very positive action that speaks to how this seller believe in their product and value their reputation. I will try this unit and will update my review once I have some additional history.I have updated my review to 3 stars based on such a response from the seller.I have now used the watch winder for a couple of weeks. It is working flawlessly and the motors are absolutely silent. I have also had continued follow up from the seller to be sure that the winder is working as expected and that I am satisfied with the unit. This goes above and beyond the type of service I have experienced with other sellers. Based on the exceptional customer service and the quality and performance of the replacement unit, I have increased my rating to 5 stars.Way to go! You have demonstrated to me you really understand the value of placing your customer first.

The Jins & Vico 8 Watch Winder arrived very well packaged in a triple box. Upon unpacking, I found the condition to be flawless, not even any dust from the packaging. The exterior is very well finished. The four feet on the bottom are a soft rubber material that are suitable for placing on a piece of furniture. The door, with the full length piano hinge is very solid, as well as the closing latch. The door closes with a very distinct latching sound. The latch includes a key and a limit switch to activate the light and stop the rotation upon opening the door, if you so program it.The pillows are spring loaded to allow the watch to securely hold the watch. They have padding to protect the finish on the watch back and band. I did not have any issue with the fit of the pillows, they worked right out of the box. Additional pads are provided if you needed to take up some additional slack if the spring travel is not sufficient. Because the watch is rotated horizontally, it must be securely held in place by the pillow. This winder came with two additional spare spring loaded pillows. They appear to be identical to the other eight pillows.The pillows snap into place within each individual winder. It is very secure and I found that I needed to hold on to the winder enclosure when inserting and removing the pillows to that the winder does not move on the furniture.Each of the eight winders is individually programable. I was able to look up the manufacturer recommendations for winding on a couple of watches, but could not find this information on the others. Basically, I started all of those watches at the minimum 650 RDP setting and then monitored the watch performance and increased the RPD to the next increment speed if it was keeping time slow, or in some cases stopped. The process of finding the right speed and rotation direction(s) took about 6 weeks. Obviously, I need to return each watch to it’s specific location to maintain the proper rotational settings.This watch winder is very quiet. I tried to hear it run and was never sure that I could. If you place your hand on the exterior box, you can not feel it running – no vibration. There would be absolutely no issue keeping this Jins & Vico Winder in a bedroom. I have run mine for 4 months now and there has been no change in the sound level or operation.Let’s face it, if your going to keep 8 beautiful watches in a winder, the winder needs to have that same look of quality/beauty as the watches. I am satisfied that this winder fits that requirement perfectly. This is my first watch winder, so I am not comparing it to others brands – just that I am please with this purchase.

Outstanding service on an excellent product!
I purchased this product 16 months ago. It arrived very well packaged. The winder has a beautiful exterior finish, and is lovely lit, nicely accentuating my watch collection – not garish at all. The individual winder controls for each watch are quite useful, as I own some older pieces that cannot tolerate continuous winding. It runs more quietly than my Orbita and Wolfe winders.I had a recent issue with one watch cup breaking away from its motor stem ( it was carrying a very heavy Breitling). I contacted support, who responded quickly. We determined a new motor replacement would not be sufficient, and they agreed to replace the entire unit for free! Outstanding service and commitment to their product, going above & beyond warranty requirements.

I bought the carbon fiber version & loved it. It looks amazing & is very easy to set-up and run. It has a very quiet movement. I ordered a second in Piano finish & the LED light did not function. I reached out to Jins & Vico to address the issue and they responded with a solution immediately. The customer service is exceptional. I will be buying another. Great product – Great service.Brian
