My first time replacing a watch band. Worked great!!

Good for Occasional Use
Comes with 3 pair of attachments, some of which are double ended. Handle is sturdy and controllable. Attachments are not as robust, but work fine if you exercise caution. Very handy, but like title says, best for occasional use. This is not a pro grade tool, and is priced appropriately.

Good quality easy to use tool
Good quality tool. Easy to set up and use. Just received and used a few times so cannot talk about longevity yet. But so far so good

Garbage. Poorly engineered, cheaply constructed.
In concept, this item is good. It is just so poorly engineered that it is almost impossible to use. It is indeed “compact”. But this is the problem. It is too short to balance between the thumb and index finger. It is like using chopsticks that have been cut in half. The spring is so cheap and flimsy that it can not maintain adequate tension against the lugs of the watch case.It is constructed of lightweight aluminum. But this is not a “plus”. There is absolutely no stability while using it. It simply jumps all over the place. If you use this you will wind up with more scratches on your bracelet and case than if you had used a conventional spring bar tool. This item is not worth one fourth the price that is being charged.

Great product but with a fatal flaw
So the price on this was believe it or not on the low side for these types of pliers. The product came, it has a nice feel and overall I think it works pretty well. The key part of making this all work are the heads that actually catch the spring bars. The product comes with 6 pieces (3 sets of 3) and they all kinda feel a bit small next to some of my nicer spring bar tools, but the idea of having a way to easily put bracelets back on sold me on this.So the problem for me and why the 3 star review is that I had multiple of the pieces break (small breaks) trying to remove a bracelet. Now some of this is my fault, poor lighting and I got a bit physical with it, but at the same time, that’s not a sign of a well machined product. My hope is I can buy a more expensive head for this from a brand that charges more, but use these pliers which again seem well made all else considered.I’ll just end with this isn’t a bad product or something to avoid, but be aware that you have to be gentle and also understand none of these are going to give you a good clean “feel” like you get with other tools.

Very easy to use and saves me allot of time

Useful tool
So far, I like the double spring bar tool. It is easier to grab both springboard at once and squeeze together. Makes strap changes easier on my watches that don’t have lug holes. The forks seems like they are holding up well. Have only used it six times.

Works as advertised. Care is still required to prevent scratching the case or breaking the tips.
This tool works as advertised. It’s a small tool, smaller than the pictures would suggest. It comes with several tips to fit various cutouts for springbars. The tips themselves are pretty fragile, and they’re sharp. You still have to be careful that you don’t scratch the case when using this tool to grab the end of the spring bar or break the tips from forcing the tool. The tool itself is adjustable. There’s till some play in the width, and the tolerances on this tool could be a bit tighter and don’t quite match the best of Swiss tool standards (hence, 4 stars here instead of 5).If you frequently change watch straps or bands, this tool is a good choice to ease that job. I have several PVD-coated black cases, and I want to ensure I don’t scratch this coating when removing the springbar. This tool can do that, but it still takes skill and any screwup and you’ve scratched the case. Practice first on a spare, inexpensive watch prior to deploying this on your expensive time pieces.

I was pretty careful using this the first time because of all the reviews saying that the tips might break. So far, no issues with that. I think they work great, you just have to take your time and not rush it.

Good value for money as far as the item is concerned. The only thing I wasnât happy about, is the fact that I paid to have it delivered by the Wednesday the 12th but received on the 13th
Fungus –
Arrived in generic plain packaging with no labelling or instructions which raised my suspicions. I then contacted W&S who confirmed this is not their product.
